The Registrar, on behalf of the Secretariat, welcomes Mr. Chairman, Mr. Vice Chairman, Leaders of Delegation and Members of Council from The Gambia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Liberia to Accra, Ghana for the 59th Annual Council Meeting which runs from Monday, March 14 to Friday, March 18, 2011. The venue of the meeting is M-Plaza Hotel where accommodation has been reserved for you all.

Highlights of the major activities lined up for the week are:

Monday morning: Courtesy Visit by Chairman, Vice Chairman, Leaders of Delegation and select officers of the Council to the Hon. Minister of Education and the Regional Minister for Greater Accra Region;

Monday afternoon: 16th WAEC Endowment Fund Lecture;

Tuesday morning: 1st Closed Session of the 59th ACM;

Tuesday afternoon: Formal Opening Ceremony

Wednesday morning – Friday afternoon: Closed Sessions of the meeting.
